When you think of meditating what’s the first thought that comes to mind? Honestly? Don’t have time? Don’t know how? I can’t quiet my mind?
What if you could learn a type of meditation that not only gave you a quieter mind and more open heart, but also cleared your ckakras?
Connected you to your higher guides?
Shined your light brighter?
Activated your intuition so you could feel more in touch with your divine purpose? There’s so much more that can happen when we meditate with angels. Essentially I meditate so I can have a quiet mind to listen and hear divine guidance. Isn’t that the most important? Being guided one foot at a time, one moment at a time when we are deep in reality, when life is here at your feet so real, needing to be fed, showered and clothed? All those very deeply demanding needs of our lives. How do we begin letting go of control long enough, trusting deep enough so we can move forward led by divine guidance?
I was recently in a city I am vaguely familiar with to go to an event with my son. I took the bus to this city and chose to walk to the event. Big yellow and green signs had been placed along the road to guide us there. I would see one sign and knew I just had to walk in that direction. Pretty easy and simple. No need to worry or fear or stress I had faith the sign was correct and would get me where I needed to go. I later realized the signs showed up in my life because I previously had the conviction to go to the event. Otherwise I may have never noticed them. I may have struggled to find my way. I may have turned around. My conviction that I would find it created the opportunity for the signs to be revealed.
My son and I arrived at the beautiful gardens (and a bonus horse carriage ride later). It was one of the best days we’ve ever had here.
Now you and I both know life is just as easy to live and actualize if we only decide to follow the signs.
What stops us from following the signs?
Have you ever told your intuition:

Funny, isn’t it?
We ask life and angels to guide us and when they do we still like to go down our own paths.
And isn’t most of the time a bit regretful?
“AHHHH I didn’t listen to the SIGNS!!!”
What helps me back up is simply to connect and ask for help. To surrender and remember life is always sweeter when I let go, when I listen and when I accept what is presented to me. I keep moving forward even if the hills are steep and my patience was low. Even if challenges present themselves, I pause, I drink some water and I keep focusing on just the next sign and where it points me to go.
It was that simple to manifest an incredibly magical abundant day, and you know it’s many days like these that add up to a magical abundant life too.

Trust your inner knowing. Earth angels everywhere have the gift of claircognizance which is clear knowing. Beam your crown chakra open (purple one on top of your head) and just send out a hello to the universe you are choosing to get to destination B and you need directions please.
Not sure if getting to destination B is really what’s meant for you? Trust your heart’s desires – the ones who light you up and make you giggle inside – is exactly where you need to be and what you need to do.
Trust in your deep soulful knowing. You all have it, it’s a matter of practice.

2. How to recognize signs in your life:
Go all out. Ask the Universe/Life to make it really obvious when they send you signs. Do tell them you won’t freak out, you are ok with surprises (if you truly are). If not, don’t worry, the signs usually shine brighter when you see them. The book you are supposed to read will just pop out of the crowd. The person you are meant to talk to will pull at you like two magnets. The moment you are meant to turn will feel like smooth comfort in your body and if you took a wrong turn you’ll wonder: “I think I am going the wrong way”. If you think you are, you are. At least 9 out of 10 times it’s true. What do you think?
